With a background in social work, nursing and psychology I bring a truly holistic perspective to my clients. I work with you to manage and treat anxiety, and depression, life transition, relationships, and or living with neurodivergence (ADHD). I practice from a trauma informed client centred, empowering strength based perspective. I use current evidence based interventions such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and strength based therapies. My practice is a safe space and everyone is welcome. I proudly serve all communities including LGBTQ2S +, BIPOC, and military/ first responders.
I offer a safe space for you to talk about your mental health. I use evidence based interventions such as CBT, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness tailored to your needs and situation. We can work on coping skills, improving your mood, decreasing your symptoms or any other goals you may have.
Because the greatest predictor of positive outcomes in therapy is the relationship between the client and provider, please feel free to contact me for a free consultation. I will be happy to discuss your needs and answers any questions you may have. I have flexible availability to fit your schedule, including evening and weekend appointments.
