Many of the clients I work with are trying to hold everything together while feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or emotionally drained. I provide a warm, understanding space for individuals, couples, and families to slow down and make sense of life’s challenges. Whether you are facing conflict in your relationship, navigating parenting stress, or coping with anxiety and depression, therapy offers a chance to rebuild connection, strengthen communication, and rediscover hope.

With more than twenty years in social work, I’ve supported children, families, and couples through moments of crisis and growth. My experience in schools, child protection, and family services shaped how I show up in therapy, grounded in compassion, humour, and genuine care. Faith can be included in our sessions if it’s meaningful to you.

My approach is holistic and collaborative, blending CBT, art therapy, motivational interviewing, and faith-informed support when appropriate. I help you gain insight, build coping strategies, and strengthen relationships that matter most. I offer virtual therapy across Ontario and in-person sessions in Barrie.
