Sometimes the challenges we face in our daily lives become too difficult to manage alone. We may need someone to talk to who can support and help us find solutions. Whether you are struggling with mental health challenges, experiencing difficulties with life transitions or your overall health and wellness, the Foothills Wellness Collective (FWC) can help. The FWC offers a variety of trauma informed traditional and holistic therapeutic modalities that include spending time with horses and in nature which provide a safe and healing place to change and grow.
Carrie Watson of Whispering Equine and Jennifer Kuntz of Karuna Counselling share a passion for their individual practices in Equine Facilitated Wellness and Psychotherapy respectively, and combined their practices along with integrating ecotherapy to create their unique service of Equine-Eco-Psychotherapy (EEP) which is among the many services offered.
With 20+ years of clinical/educational experience, we will create experiential therapeutic programs designed to meet your individual, family and/or group needs. All of our services are created from a trauma informed and attachment focused approach which supports clients to restore balance to their lives and experience greater joy and hope.
