With 18 years in mental health, I am an RPN, psychotherapist, a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist, and a Consulting Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists. In addition to evidence-based and clinical modalities, I am also Reiki Master, and have explored a variety of gentle, holistic modalities including Therapeutic Touch, Quantum Touch, Emotion Code, and flower essence healing.
I offer a holistic approach if desired, including standalone hypnosis appointments
My approach is intuitive and integrative. I draw from a variety of modalities—including CBT, SBFT, EFT, Gottman Method, hypnotherapy, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, attachment theory, brain spotting, polyvagal theory, and somatic practices—blending them in a way that honours your unique story, your nervous system, and your inner wisdom.
With compassion, presence, and deep respect for your journey, I offer counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy as a sacred space for healing, self-discovery, and transformation.
