About
Welcome! My Psychotherapy practice is dedicated to compassionate, knowledgeable counselling for Women, with a specialty in working with Couples. This is a safe space where you will be never be judged. A place where you can find inner peace, joy, hope, laughter and begin to heal and recover. I utilize many different techniques, but most importantly I am concerned about developing a solid therapeutic relationship and a true partnership, and what works best for you uniquely. I will meet you where you are at in your life, and together we will work towards your goals.
I have completed Levels 1 & 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy Training, and Gottman Advanced Training in Trauma and Infidelity, and Couples Addiction Recovery. I have also completed the Gottman "Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" Leader training, based on Gottman's best selling book. I provide a Full Assessment and Treatment Plan to reach your goals.
Individual Counselling is $150; Couples Counselling is $160/hour, or $195.00 per 1.5 hour session (recommended for our Initial Meeting and to review your Assessment/Treatment Plan) or on an ongoing basis, as requested. Also, ask me about my same day 3 hour couples intensive (2-90 minute sessions with break) for $390. A great way for couples to start healing.
