My Psychotherapy Practice specializes in working with Couples, utilizing the Gottman Method, as well as Individual Counselling for Women (especially relationship concerns, toxic/narcissistic/abusive relationships, and co-dependency). I am dedicated to providing couples with the specific skills necessary to thrive in their relationship. During our work together, you will be provided with a Full Assessment and Treatment Plan, outlining your strengths and areas for improvement. You can expect to improve in the areas of Conflict Management, Friendship, Shared Dreams and Life Goals to name a few.
I have completed Levels 1 & 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy Training, and Gottman Advanced Training in Trauma and Infidelity, Couples Addiction Recovery and Partner Aggression and Abuse. I have also completed the Gottman "Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" Leader Training, based on the best-selling book by Dr. John Gottman.
My rates are as follows: Individual: $165/HR; Couples: $190/HR, and $285/1.5HR. I highly recommend 1.5 hour sessions for couples to provide edequate time to complete specific exercises. I also provide Same Day 3 hour Couples Intensives (2-90 minute sessions with a break) for $570. This is a great way to begin couples work, and can also be ongoing.
