I am an ADHD Coach with over 10 years of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist. As someone with ADHD myself, I can appreciate the challenges of living with ADHD. My focus is working with children, teens, families, and adults with ADHD. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, I utilize effective strategies to help you overcome difficulties experienced at home, school, and/or the workplace.
My experience working as an Occupational Therapist has allowed me to be an expert in the area of cognition and executive functioning. I use practical strategies and coaching to help individuals with organization, time management, attention, problem solving, social skills, routine building, impulse control, restlessness, stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
My goal is to help individuals thrive and be their best selves. I use a specialized and holistic approach. ADHD is a highly manageable condition. If you are experiencing challenges, please connect with me for a free consult.

Groups
ADHD Group - Weekly Planning & Accountability

Learn effective strategies to plan your day, week, month, quarter, year and more. This online group not only discusses planning--we spend time DOING this during the group. During this two hour group, you get accountability from the coaching as well as from your accountability team partners. At the start, you will be asked a few questions to help you identify what you need to do to get started. At the halfway point, you will check in briefly to share if you are on track. Then at the end, everyone shares how it all went, asks questions, and shares ideas.
