I aim to help you better understand what is going on with your nervous system, emotions, and inner world. I do this by providing you with education, tools, and coping strategies in creative ways! (Stay tuned for custom worksheets, in-session drawings, and a lot of metaphors). This can be a gentle way to help you show up with more compassion and endurance in life's daily challenges.

My main focus in practice is trauma therapy, working with couples and helping clients develop a more balanced sense of self. I give you the "steering wheel" to set the pace and give you strategies to help manage for what shows up in-between sessions.
