I’m passionate about helping clients overcome life stressors/challenges, strengthen existing coping strategies & learn new practical skills to make sustainable change. I strive to provide an open, non- judgmental space for clients to explore & work through their treatment goals while ensuring safety & comfort.
I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. In my practice, I incorporate evidence-based therapies, neuroscience, and a systems-level lens to acknowledge the realities and challenges of the world we all live in. My practice is culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and anti-ableist.
