My experience over the years has taught me that anyone is capable of change if they want it. Life is difficult and as people we face challenges that make us feel helpless or broken. However, I believe that we are also resilient and with support, we can get through any obstacles that come our way. I want to be a support to anyone facing these dilemmas by giving you a voice and providing the opportunity to be heard. My goal is to improve the lives of clients by enhancing their social and emotional growth and providing solutions to enhance their mental health and well-being.
I am Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist with 20 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Throughout my career I have had extensive experience working with “hard to serve” populations in a variety of social work settings. In my work, I use Family Systems, CBT and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
