I am 2SLGBTQ aligned, ENM informed and work from a harm reduction, anti-capitalist, feminist lens. I have experience working with depression, anger, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, people pleasing, life transitions, substance use, BPD and more. As an astrologer, spiritual seeker and clinician, I believe there is profound potential for healing at the intersection between evidence-based practice and the ineffable for individuals of all faith backgrounds. Through transpersonal psychology, we can move toward the integration of spiritual emergences and non-ordinary states of consciousness.
The issues I treat are all experiences I have intimate familiarity with through my own life or the lives of loved ones which allows me to operate from a position of deep, inner resonance. As a wounded healer, I consider it an honour and a privilege to accompany you on your own healing journey.
