Supporting individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed by the challenges in their inner world or in their relationships is my passion. Many of the people who come to therapy are navigating the emotional impact of ADHD, trauma, anxiety, or long‑standing patterns that make it hard to feel grounded, connected, or understood. Some are struggling with communication, intimacy, or sexual issues that create distance or tension in their relationships. Others arrive feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, self‑doubt, or emotional reactivity that they can’t seem to shift on their own.
People come to therapy because they want relief, clarity, and a space where they don’t have to navigate everything alone. They want to understand themselves more deeply, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a life that feels more stable, connected, and aligned with who they truly are.
I offer virtual and in person therapy across Canada. My work is warm, collaborative, and evidence‑based; utilizing methods such as EMDR, Narrative Therapy, CBT, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness. Together, we create a space where insight leads to change — and change leads to a more grounded, connected life.
