I am a Licensed EMDR therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating complex life challenges. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in treating developmental and childhood trauma, including emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. I help clients address the long-term impact of these experiences, such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and disordered eating. Whether you are managing high-conflict family dynamics or struggling to dismantle a 'protective armor' built in childhood, I provide a safe, evidence-based space to move from survival to authentic connection and healing.
I adopt a holistic approach to therapy believing that all elements of an individual's life (biological, psychological, spiritual, environmental, and social) come together and play a role in human functioning. I practices a client-centered framework of therapy through a solution focused mindset.
