As an Indigenous woman, I bring a wholistic approach to counselling to heal the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of the self while acknowledging each individual’s innate unique gifts.
I use art/play therapy with children/teens to help them understand their stressors, navigate their way through custody issues, manage anxiety and depression, and heal from low self-esteem and trauma. I use a variety of approaches in my work with adults who are looking to heal from trauma, relational difficulties, anxiety and depression, and chronic stress.
