I am a registered psychotherapist who has been in the mental health field for 18+ years. My life experiences have brought me to my passion of neurodiversity. As a mother of two children on the spectrum, I have learned to help my children and also myself survive the hardest of times. I work with families, teens and young adults looking to manage relationships, stress, anxiety, depression, life difficulties etc.
I use an eclectic approach to counselling as every individual is different. I use a Cognitive Behavioural Counselling (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach.
I can bill directly to First Nations with the Non Insured Health Benefits Program (NIHB).
