Hi there! I'm Jennifer Colpitts, the owner of Evolution of Self Counselling Services and a registered Social Worker providing counselling in downtown Fredericton, New Brunswick. The thought of opening up to someone new can be intimidating, so let me tell you a bit about myself. I was born and raised in New Brunswick, and always knew I wanted to work in a helping profession. Having struggled with my own mental health issues, I became passionate about the field and using my experience to help support others.
I work with individuals one-on-one to provide a non-judgemental, non-shaming, space where we can explore what has brought you here; whether that be a current crisis, a chronic situation, or past events that haven't been fully processed. It is my hope that in our work together you will become more attuned to your internal system and the insight it provides.
