Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed and hopeless about how to go about getting help? My aim as a therapist is to help you relate better to yourself, and create understanding and new behaviors that lead to the change you want to see. I have expertise in supporting individuals who want to heal from trauma (developmental, PTSD), navigate their anxiety (general anxiety, OCD, social anxiety) and move through depression. Understanding how past events have shaped us, and identifying the obstacles that get in the way of the changes we want to see in our lives can help us immensely.
I am a Clinical Psychologist, with a Masters in Counselling Psychology. I have training in evidenced based approaches, including EMDR, CPT, and ERP to support with a range of mental health symptoms. I can offer a safe space to explore difficult issues, and help you take steps to begin to feel better and create lasting change in your life.
My goal as a clinician is to support you to realize your own strength, as you face the challenges that life presents you with.
