I believe that the most worthwhile challenges are those that we encounter within ourselves; ones that we may feel stuck in from time-to-time because they require us to face our greatest fears. Many people seek therapy because they are not sure how to move forward. My goal is to help you find solid ground, and also to discover the sense of freedom, joy, and equanimity that can come with greater self-knowledge and personal growth. I work with adults of all backgrounds on issues related to self-esteem, life transitions, occupational stress and burnout, depression, anxiety and grief.

My therapeutic approach is based upon creating a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship in which you can feel safe to explore the layers of your experience with a firm sense of support. I draw upon psychodynamic theory, trauma-informed practices, attachment theory and solution-focussed therapy to form a personalized approach
