New cohort opening! This group is a virtual, supportive, skill-based group for adults with trauma histories. This group is 6 weeks and designed for adults who have experienced trauma and want to build coping, stabilization, and emotional regulation skills in a safe and contained group setting. This is not a trauma processing group. The focus is on present-day coping, nervous system regulation, and increasing a sense of safety and stability. This may be a good fit for you if you have a history of trauma or PTSD, feel emotionally dysregulated, and prefer a structured skills based approach.
