I provide relationship based counselling. I use a variety of approaches and my years of experience to tailor therapy for your needs. I am a trained Gottman therapist. Trauma informed practice is a key element of the services I provide. I am trained in EMDR, motivational interviewing, cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy & more.
