Hello and welcome! My name is Jennifer, and I am delighted that you have taken the time to explore my page. I am a Registered Social Service Worker with over eight years of experience supporting individuals, couples and families as they navigate life's many challenges. Through my experience, I have worked with concerns relating to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem and specific mental health disorders. My area of specialization focuses on the treatment of hoarding disorder and behavioural addictions, applying a compassionate and skill based approach to assisting individuals create change.
I hope to help you by creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can explore what brings you to therapy. Creating a therapeutic relationship that you feel is trustworthy and supportive is important and will allows us to work collaboratively on your goals. I aim to empower you in this experience by utilizing a person-centred, strength-based approach.
