As a therapist with over 20 years experience I have helped thousands of people navigate many different situations in their lives. You don't have to have serious mental health issues to come to my office, but if you do that's ok too. My goal is to help you gain clarity and perspective and to live your best life possible. As an alternative to therapy, join me in weekly online personal growth groups for women, where we focus on our inner work journeys in a supportive space. Group 1 - release work on emotional issues. Group 2 - vision, goal-setting and positive mindset. Group 3 - working with your inner world and creating more internal harmony and authenticity in your life.
I offer in person, zoom, and phone sessions. I love helping people improve their lives in ways that matter to them and my goal is to stay in gratitude for every client I see.
