About
Hello! I am a Registered Psychologist and am passionate about helping children and adolescents, adults and couples be their best selves. I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, problematic substance use, trauma, or are having difficulty with dealing with daily life. Whether you are seeking to foster a better relationship with yourself, your partner, family members, or other people in your life, counselling may be able to help! Together, we will develop customized, attainable goals that meet your needs, develop useful coping strategies, and create some forward momentum.
I offer trauma-focused therapies including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and am a CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) Provider. I also offer other modalities such as CBT and DBT. I am trained in the Gottman method and provide services for couples who are looking to improve their relationship and/or improve their communication.
My style is calm and compassionate. I aim to make the process of reaching out to someone as seamless as possible so that together, we can begin working on helping you be the best version of yourself. Office and online sessions are available. Call today for a free 15 minute consultation.
