I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages including children, youth, adults, couples, families, and groups. I am passionate about helping people to reconnect with their inner resources and strengths to bring about deep and lasting change, both within one's self and in relationships with others.
I have extensive training in Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy and often teach experiential programs and workshops in Canada, China, and Kenya. I am also trained in Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) as well as expressive therapies such as art, play and sand.
I work very collaboratively and experientially with my clients to help resolve whatever challenges they are facing.
