About
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages including children, youth, adults, couples, families, and groups. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or struggles in your relationships with others, know that change, personal growth, and healing are possible. I am passionate about helping people to reconnect with their inner resources and strengths to bring about deep and lasting change, both within one's self and in relationships with others.
I have extensive training in Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy and often teach experiential programs and workshops in Canada, China, and Kenya. I am also trained in Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) as well as expressive therapies such as art, play and sand.
I work very collaboratively and experientially with my clients to help resolve whatever challenges they are facing.
