Every day is an opportunity to grow and understand how our upbringing and experiences have shaped who we are today. I work from a trauma-informed, client-centred perspective with a focus on how our bodies store trauma through the mind/body connection. We will walk together on your path to learn more about yourself, how you have built strength and resilience throughout your life and how you can tap into that to make the changes you deserve.
