With over 20 years of experience, my approach is warm, practical, and grounded in what actually helps. Using CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment-based work, and breathwork, I help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck and gently build tools to shift them. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you — with care and steady support.
