Welcome! I have worked in the field of social work for 20 years. My practice includes working with both youth and adults. Many of my clients are dealing with depression, anxiety and/or trauma. I support my clients in their healing journey by using a strength based collaborative approach that sees the client as the expert in their own lives. Oftentimes clients are looking for guidance, a sense of calm, a feeling of relief, a place to feel safe and heard. Other clients have specific, targeted goals that they would like to work on through therapy. Whatever the reason, I will work with you every step of the way.
I engage in a strength-based, client-centered approach. I provide a non-judgmental safe space for clients to be listened to and encouraged. I am well-versed in working with clients who struggle with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, depression and trauma.
I am here to provide a compassionate, genuine and empathetic approach. I use my experience in the field of social work to provide my clients with a positive and beneficial therapeutic experience.
