I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology with specialized training in complex trauma and relationship issues. I also bring 16 years of education expertise supporting others with learning and change. Relationships, family, trauma and perfectionism are topics I understand through study and experience as a human, partner and parent in this world.
I am the Clinic Owner, and my approach is trauma-informed, IFS-informed (parts work), relational and strengths based, integrating Somatic and Sensorimotor techniques with a focus on self acceptance.
