About
In my work as a clinician, I believe that we are a team. My goal is to provide you with a safe space free of judgement and meet you where you are to help guide you to a place of wholeness. It is my belief that to live a wholehearted life, we must address the whole being; mind, body, and spirit. We all have the ability to heal, so long as we are willing, vulnerable, and open to the opportunities change may provide. Now, I know vulnerability and change can be scary, so we will go at your pace.
I have worked in trauma and addictions for the past four years. I have worked with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, substance use, trauma, and clients who have simply lost their sense of self along the way. I have utilized evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and CPT.
Healing takes time, and growing into a wholehearted individual is a lifelong journey. I hope to gain an insight into your life, needs, and goals while providing you with the tools that work for YOU, so you may become empowered to continue this journey far beyond your time spent with me.
