Jenni comes from a background in Aquatics recreation management, where she found immense fulfillment in working with young people, serving as both a mentor and teacher. She values the uniqueness of each individual and is passionate about supporting adolescents to develop self-awareness and self-compassion as they navigate this exciting and challenging stage of life. Jenni takes a person-centred approach to therapy and uses her curiosity and warmth to help teens explore challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, loss, identity, and relationship difficulties.
Jenni draws from various modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), to provide tailored support for each client. She strives to provide a warm, non-judgemental space where teens can feel empowered and safe to explore what is important to them.
In her free time, Jenni loves spending time with family and friends and her cat, Nova. Jenni enjoys being outside in nature whenever possible, whether that’s running, hiking or camping.
