I come from a background in recreation management, where I learned the value of adaptability and meeting people where they are. I appreciate the uniqueness of each individual and am passionate about supporting clients to develop self-awareness and self-compassion as they navigate life's ups and downs. I show up as my genuine self in the therapy room and use curiosity and warmth to help clients explore challenges including anxiety, ADHD, loss, identity, and relationship difficulties.
My approach is informed by various modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to provide tailored support for each client. I provide a non-judgemental space where clients can feel empowered to explore how their past experiences, behaviours, thoughts, and emotions influence their present challenges.
In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends and my cat, Nova. I enjoy being outside in nature whenever possible, whether that’s running, hiking or camping.
