I'm glad you're here! I know that reaching out for help can be hard. I am here to walk alongside you in your healing journey. I often see clients who want to dig deeper into the "why" behind their choices and behaviours. Often times, we look at your patterns and make meaningful connections between the past and the present. I have worked with clients who tend to intellectualize their emotions and experiences instead of feel them. I frequently work with people pleasers and people who want to improve their boundaries in their personal or professional life.
I use bottom up, neuroscience informed trauma processing therapy approaches. I participate in ongoing personal and group supervision to be the best therapist I can be. I have experience and training in complicated loss and grief, dissociation and sexual problems and trauma.
In a therapy session with me you decide what we talk about, how often we meet and where we go together. I have many tools in my toolbox that we can use to get you the relief that you want, on your terms. I'm more than happy to chat before you decide and see if we are a good fit!
