I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, grief and loss who are seeking to receive support and navigating the complexities of their journey. The clients that I see often have a desire to dive deep (while honouring their own timelines and process), to make meaning, and develop the skills they need to accept their reality, and make changes where they see fit.. I understand that my clients have lives that are nuanced, complex and ever-changing, and it is my goal to be able to meet you with presence and curiosity.
I have a somatic- based practice that is focused on supporting folks ages 15+ in resolving and resourcing developmental and relational traumas, stress, and grief, and I have a particular interest in supporting women through life transitions and resourcing the female nervous system.
