I work with teens (16+) and adults, including many who are neurodivergent or exploring that possibility. Clients often seek a space where they can stop masking, over-explaining, or trying to meet expectations that don't feel aligned with who they are. I support them in understanding their experiences, navigating stress and relationships, building self-compassion, and creating authentic ways of moving through life, using a collaborative, neuroaffirming approach that honours each client’s unique worldview, nervous system, and needs.
I help clients build emotional insight, strengthen communication and boundaries, manage stress, and explore identity in a supportive, non-judgemental space. My work blends ACT, DBT, EFT, and Narrative Therapy, tailored to each client’s goals, values, needs, and unique way of experiencing the world.
