The focus of my work is to support people who are struggling with burnout, vicarious trauma and general overwhelm. I support people in learning to manage anxiety and better cope with life's stresses. I strive to work with clients to heal old wounds and transform stuck patterns. I will support you in connecting with your authentic, professional and creative self. As a counsellor, I will help you to realize your strengths, values and passions. If you are seeking supervision I can support you in building your skills and deepening into your work in a way that is sustainable and enriching.
My method is a unique blend of somatic, creative and mindful modalities. I blend these with Schema Therapy, DBT and ACT to be create work that is meaningful and at the same time practical. My work supports people build insight, become more self aware and ultimately create meaningful change.
I am often described as gentle, kind and compassionate. Years of experience have helped me to create strong insights and ability to understand issues brought to me in therapy. As a professional I am well versed in many therapeutic modes and always strive to find the best fit for the individual seeking help.
