My work is based in attachment theory, and neurodivergent affirming care. I draw from training and experience in healthcare and community settings. I utilize tools from various modalities (EFT, IFS, ACT, EMDR, and iCBT for OCD), somatics, mindfulness and self-compassion . All of which are tailored to your unique needs, and goals. Deeper healing is possible.
