About
Those dreaded words... You’ve got cancer. You’ve got MS. You’ve got diabetes. Hearing these words from your doctor can be shocking, scary, and defeating. You feel overwhelmed, scared, and are uncertain about where to turn for help.
I would feel honoured to join you on this journey and support you in gaining clarity, connecting to your values, and discovering your new way of being. I can also work with your family to help them understand what this diagnosis means for you and them, how to best support you, and how to take care of themselves in the process.
I currently see clients in person (in DouglasGlen SE or Capitol Hill NW) and also offer online sessions so that you do not need to leave the comfort of your home, particularly if you are feeling unwell from treatments or already have many other appointments to attend. Call me today for a free 15-minute consultation.
