About
Have you been struggling with long standing depression? Do you feel like the depression comes in bouts? Have you been feeling anxious for as long as you can remember, especially when you were going through significant changes in your life or specifically when you are in social situations? I would love to work with you and be your support while you safely explore your thoughts, core beliefs, feelings and behaviours in a judgment-free, warm and confidential space. I will be genuinely curious when asking you questions that might help you discover your own patterns but also teach you how to respectfully challenge them.
I am person-centred and I honor that this space is for you to address and talk about what's important or feels pressing for you. I have worked with many clients over the past decade, who have been struggling with Anxiety, Major Depression and other mood disorders and experienced positive outcome throughout our work together.
I believe that every client has many strengths. Often times when we are going through challenging times it can be hard to remember these strengths that we have already developed from our past experiences. My role is to help you identify and/or remember the strength and skills you may already have or help you develop skills that can help you cope better.
