As we maneuver life it can often bring up unfamiliar challenges or disturbances. Working with children, adolescents and adults in the past, I have experience in assisting depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, self-esteem, grief, anger, and relationships. I use a person-centered approach with talk therapy to work collaboratively in identifying your concerns and creating goals or solutions to help.
I work with DBT, ACT, CBT, and narrative therapy. It brings great satisfaction to provide psycho-education to individuals when applicable, allowing them to understand their selves further. When we are aware of our bodies, behaviours, and emotions it helps us understand our situations and why we respond the way we do.
I currently run a virtual practice that is a safe place and inclusive to all individuals. Although therapy can be daunting, this is an environment where we can experience all emotions comfortably and enjoy the process along the way at a pace for you.
