Hello! I'm Jen, and I'm currently welcoming clients to my private practice, Apricity Wellness. As a Certified Canadian Counsellor and a Licensed Counselling Therapist (Candidate), I am dedicated to creating a nourishing atmosphere where you are met with warmth, non-judgment, creativity, and a profound commitment to safety. My therapeutic approach is integrative and uniquely tailored to meet you exactly where you are. I blend traditional talk therapy interventions, often sourced from Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and DBT, with the gentle guidance of somatic & mindfulness-based practices.
This intentional fusion holds the potential to be transformative, with somatic awareness unveiling unspoken narratives within the body, and mindfulness fostering a compassionate present-moment awareness.
