My ideal client may be a child or teen who feels overwhelmed by big emotions, peer relationships, or a sense of belonging. Parents often reach out feeling worried and wanting to better support their child. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, relationships, parenting, or patterns rooted in earlier experiences, including women who have experienced domestic violence. At the core, clients are seeking safety, understanding, and meaningful connection.
I offer a warm, relationship-based, trauma-informed space for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Sessions are available in person in Kelowna or online. I meet clients where they are and work collaboratively, offering a more directive approach when desired, always at a pace that feels safe.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when emotions feel heavy or uncertain. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. I would be honoured to connect and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
