I am committed to tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs. I am certified by EMDRIA in EMDR, and I also incorporate Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and other modalities based on your needs. I utilize a bio-psycho-social-spiritual-cultural framework in my counselling approach.
