With over 25 years of experience in the helping professions, I remain sensitive to how past or ongoing trauma informs our self-concept and relationships. Utilizing an integrated approach individualized to client needs, I merge mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioural therapy (MBCT), psychodynamics, family systems theories, and self-compassion practices.
