I am a licensed Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience working with individuals, couples, youth and families. I am highly equip to provide strategic and results oriented treatment in the area of Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Disregulation, Oppositional Defiance Disorder and conduct issues. Stress management and healthy conflict resolution are key components of my practice with families.
I have a strong passion for working with young men (ages 15-35) who are experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety. This can be a very difficult stage of life to navigate.
I am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and a variety of other modalities. My approach is non-judgmental and supportive.
With over twenty years working with people in a variety of settings, I am here to help you when you need it. I can provide support and treatment to individuals, couples, families, and adolescence.
