I approach my work with clients through a “trauma-informed lens”. I am trained in CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Compassionate Inquiry, Grief Therapy and a variety of other modalities.
I also offer couples counselling trained in Emotional Focused Therapy. I have a strong passion to work with couples to help them become stronger and connect on deeper levels.
