We are bound to face challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, uneasy, or lost. Or sometimes, different feelings, thoughts, experiences, and behaviours present themselves without knowing how to fully understand them. I can offer ways to build one's awareness to uncover and gain more control over problematic concerns/patterns. I have a special interest working with men, who are challenged by ADHD, anxiety, depression and/or burnout. I'm in the process of completing my certification as a ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.
My approach is grounded within a compassionate, empathetic and a non-judgmental stance. Depending on you and your concerns, I can draw from various modalities and strategies within them. This include but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and (ACT).
