I'm a Clinical Psychologist and the Clinic Director at Starling Psychological Services. I've been in practice in the east end for over 10 years and I specialize in mood (with a particular focus on bipolar disorder) and anxiety disorders. I also work with clients navigating insomnia, stress, significant life and work transitions, and other everyday struggles.
My approach is structured and goal-oriented, grounded in CBT and evidence-based methods. My approach is practical and focused on understanding what's driving difficulties and helping to build concrete skills that lead to real symptom improvement.
I pride myself on my easygoing nature, my professionalism, and my ability to connect with people from a variety of backgrounds. I know that starting therapy can be daunting - I'll always do my best to make the process as comfortable as possible.
