I specialize in relationships and connection. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). In addition to my Masters in Counselling Psychology, I am a Level 3 Gottman Couples Therapist. I use interventions from Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy, Sue Johnson’s Emotion Focused work, and Brene Brown's work around vulnerability, shame, and self-compassion.
