I will work with you to deliver evidence based therapy interventions in an integrative manner to help you reach your goals. I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. My passion is supporting people with PTSD, dissociation, anxiety and borderline personality disorder. I work from a foundation of attachment, relational and feminist theory.
I offer EMDR therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Deep Bra These therapies are evidence based and can help heal from PTSD, childhood trauma, anxiety, grief and other intense emotional events. They are often helpful in processing out trauma in a way that talk therapy cannot.
