You're always someone worth caring for - can't stress that one enough. Therapy is an invitation to explore your relationships with others, with yourself; to find safety and meaning, in whatever that looks like. For some folks, that means negotiating the things that used to work but no longer do, for others that might be truly feeling like they can feel safe with themselves.
Currently, I provide therapy to children, teens, adults, and families, and clinical diagnostic assessment for adults. With children, I work most with self-esteem, bullying, and worries and fears. With adults I have interest in personality, dissociation, trauma, attachment, and substance use.
