With over 15 years of experience as a registered social worker in clinical and community health settings I offer a strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach that draws on narrative, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and ACT therapeutic models.
I specialize in working with adults on issues of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, confidence, substance use, acute trauma and grief. With humour, humility and curiosity, I look forward to working together to tell your story in your words, and on your terms.
