I’ve worked through my own challenges with addiction, codependency, trauma, and the realities of being a single parent. I’ve also experienced the growth that comes with blending a family and nurturing a healthy marriage. These experiences inform how I show up for my clients: with empathy, honesty, and practical strategies that come from both head and heart.
I work with all clients through a trauma-informed lens. I believe that trauma—whether from childhood, relationships, or systemic experiences—can shape how we move through the world. My goal is to help you rebuild your self-esteem, feel confident, and take empowered steps toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling, even after hardship or loss.
I am one of the co-owners of Twin Flame Counselling, which I run alongside my husband. We founded this practice with a shared vision: to create a safe, welcoming, and holistic space where individuals can heal, grow, and feel truly supported. our practice is rooted in community, connection, and a deep respect for the healing process.
