I am a Social Worker, who has worked in the mental health field for 22 years. I provide a holistic, strength-based, person centered and anti-oppressive approach to therapy. My areas of expertise include anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, grief, and self-esteem. I have a particular interest in working with Indigenous people and young to older adults.
